Cancellations

Bookings with a 'Non-Refundable' rate will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For the remaining reservations, if the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before check in, there will be no charges on the reservation.

Transfers

In the event, rare and unexpected, that the hotel is unable to provide previously confirmed accommodation, it will assume the obligation to transfer customers to an alternative property, at no cost to the customer. The alternatives presented are the responsibility of the hotel. If the customer chooses a property of a different level from the presented alternatives, the customer will be obliged to pay any difference.

Housekeeping

The hotel provides daily cleaning service with change of towels. The change of bed linen takes place every three days, at the request of the guest. If the cleaning team cannot access your room during the day due to occupancy, please notify reception.

Customer Behavior

The Hotel Onix customer includes stay guests as well as customers related to events;

Small pets may be admitted, in accordance with prior authorization requested by the Client to the Administration of Hotel Onix;

Pursuant to Law nº 63/2017, it is forbidden to smoke any tobacco products and/or derivatives in the interior facilities of the Hotel Onix, namely electronic cigarettes.

The Hotel has free private parking for guests and visitors, subject to availability;

We recommend civic and non-abusive parking. The hotel is not responsible for damage to third parties or theft occurring in the car;

The hotel is not responsible for any object or document that has not been left in its custody;

The Hotel reserves the right to expel customers who are acting unfairly, offensively and threatening towards other customers or employees;

It is forbidden to make changes to the organization of space and equipment in rooms and common areas. Small changes are allowed as long as they do not influence security and functionality;

It is forbidden to store dangerous items in the rooms, such as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials and psychoactive substances;

During the stay, it is forbidden to make excessive noise that disturbs the rest of the rest of the guests and to behave inappropriately;

Customers must respect the quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
